PositiveThrive is a very good place for senior living and memory care. In the 9 months my husband was there in memory care, he was treated with the utmost respect and treated with dignity and respect. Any issue we had was dealt with and resolved immediately. He was always well cared for, and he was loved by his caregivers and the administration.

PositiveMy experience overall has been positive. It's difficult however for me living out of town and trying to check on her to make sure all is going well. Whenever I call, I do feel I get good information from staff and the nurse. One thing I'm picky about is wanting them to fix her hair daily. Not necessarily a salon-type style but just a quick day to day look. For whatever reason, they do not stay on top of this. I bring it up often. Some of the pricing areas/supplies seem a bit high but there is no way for me to accur…

CriticalThe med tech staff for the most part are responsive, and show care and empathy. The non med staff turns over to much. They cannot perform basic tasks like doing simple laundry. The food is terrible. High starch, low protein, small portions, etc. they do not respond to feedback about the poor quality of meals and serve the same thing over and over

PositiveMy mother is a resident at Thrive at Green Island and her experience at this facility has been great so far. The move in process was easy, they rolled out the red carpet to welcome her in. The staff is very nice and they keep me informed about her well-being. The rooms are very nice. Mom says that the food is a hit or a miss. Overall, I would recommend this facility to family and friends.
