She had some dementia and didn't want to be there so her experience was not great. My aunt, who visited my mom daily, raved about Timber Creek. I had good experiences with them the little I interacted. I was in California and then was with my mom when she went into the hospital and went into hospice at my aunt's home. We had to deal with Timber Creek after that as well. Based on my Aunt's experience, and that she said she would like to go to Timber Creek when the time came, I would give a 5 across the board. Value for cost is lower mainly because it is a tad pricey for us but most likely not for all. We love you all and wish we could afford to have [name removed] there, but unfortunately, we've exhausted all our savings. Hugs to everyone! You will be so missed!! If anyone can afford it, it is one of the best places anywhere. The care staff is excellent. The food very very good! I can't say enough good things about Timber Creek. Wish I could afford it!!

We chose Timber Creek because it was the best option we could find in town.This is a new facility in town and I think they are still settling in so there are a few rough edges. It is probably the best place in town for assisted living and is, overall, very good. The staff is experiencing some turnover at the aide level and I think that may settle down. Everyone is very caring and friendly. It's a hard job and they're definitely trying to do it well.
