PositiveReview for Touchmark at Coffee Creek
We were attracted to the location. I would recommend but with eyes wide open. No one should be left in any facility without frequent eyes on them and the staff.

CriticalFrequent employee turnover and poor continuity in Assisted Living. All too frequently having to contact management because of medication issues and things not being done (e.g. shower assistance) per schedule. PositiveThe caregivers are overall excellent and it is a very nice and clean facility. The memory care units were recently updated.

PositiveOur loved one doesn't want to participate in activities so we cannot rate them. [name removed] and [name removed] are wonderful caregivers and based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend the Touchmark at Coffee Creek community to other families

PositiveI toured Touchmark at Coffee Creek and it was great! But the price for the amount of space my loved one would get for her money was too much for her budget. The studio apartment was more money than a 1 bed, 1 bath full kitchen at a different facility. The grounds aren't as nice as some of the other facilities, either.

PositiveQuality of care 4, but would be a 5 if they weren't having such problems in hiring and keeping staff. You pay for basic room, then points according to your needs. That is supposed to be evaluated two weeks after moving in and then every thirty days. It hasn't happened yet and they have been here now for nine months. Staff 5, although turnover is high. They are having extreme difficulty in hiring. It's very expensive. Overall, Touchmark is a wonderful place, but staffing is a problem. But that's true with restaurant…
