TownView Senior Living is an independent living community located in downtown Johnson City, at the foothills of the Appalachia Mountains. We are conveniently located within walking distance to parks, shops, restaurants, churches, farmers markets and festivals. We offer spacious apartments in a non-cookie cutter landmark building, with all-inclusive rates and without any hidden fees, that includes 3 meals per day, cable, maintenance upkeep, housekeeping, and transportation to medical appointments. We are known for our welcoming environment with amenities such as a movie theater, ice cream parlor, general store, fitness center, billiards, library and more. We have a gated parking lot, raised garden beds for vegetables & flowers, walking paths, putting green, and a bike and golf storage to take advantage of nearby trails and courses. We welcome our veterans and honor their service with a dedicated veteran wall. At TownView you will be able to leave your household worries behind, come enjoy our many planned activities such as wellness classes, entertainment, bus excursions, educational seminars and so much more. It would be nice to have bathtubs or walk-in tubs instead of showers only. Wi-fi would be great to include with the cable, due to almost everything being done thru Wi-Fi these days. Otherwise, Townview is in a great location with lots of friendly residents and staff. Plenty of activities to keep you busy and also very quiet and no loud noises or disturbances. And having your lovable pet with you makes it all the better

hat our family likes the most is the friendliness of the staff and residents. When Mom moved in, she had lots of people coming up and introducing themselves and asking questions about her. In short order, she was being invited to activities and outings.
