PositiveNice facility, needs more personnel
I liked Transitions with nice facility and all that worked there. I liked [name removed] vision for the facility and care for everyone living there. Only thing that fell short was the lack of personnel to take care of those living at the facility. I felt that Transitions need to have more personnel-to-patient ratio.

My mom died after five weeks at transitions. I don't really have that long of a duration to evaluate. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families, in fact I just did and her father is intending on moving there. I really liked the place and hoped my mom would have been there a lot longer.
