About Tri Cities Senior Living and Memory Care

Tri Cities Senior Living and Memory Care welcomes seniors and their pets to an apartment-style community illuminated by natural light. The community lies across beautifully landscaped grounds in Kennewick, Washington. Tri Cities Senior Living and Memory Care creates customizable care plans for residents that include a variety of services, from medication reminders to assistance with activities of daily living, and on-call caregivers fulfill these plans around the clock. Other than services in independent living and assisted living, residents can find further care in the memory care neighborhood on campus. In addition to consistent supervision, the community prioritizes residents’ safety by installing emergency pull cords throughout the facility. To further ensure residents' safety, all living accommodations include safety features like grab bars and walk-in showers. These apartments come in a variety of sizes, such as a studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms. While living at Tri Cities Senior Living and Memory Care, residents have immediate access to a variety of amenities where they can participate in different activities. Included in these features is the restaurant-style dining room, where residents can eat together while admiring the beautiful mural. Socialization is also encouraged during Wii Bowling and billiards competitions. However, if residents are looking for a quiet evening, they can relax in the well-stocked library. Maintain the highest level of independence in the comfortable care of Ciel Senior Living of Tri-Cities. Professional and caring

The entire staff was so accommodating. The move in was much easier than I expected. [name removed] went above and beyond my expectations. [names removed] and the complete west side care team were exceptional. Hands down the best memory care facility in the Tri-Cities.

Friendly staff w Happy Residents

Very clean facility w extra friendly and helpful staff. Happy residents that are varied interest. So many activities, so not boring. Safe place with amazing staff. I’m loving it here. So many fun choices but no pressure to do anything, so I can choose which activities to do or not. Weekly outings in bus to see local, or not so local places or more activities.

Improvements are always favorable

The community is clean and friendly. They need to push little harder getting resident to breakfast, lunch or dinner instead of resident saying just bring to my room then charging for the service. I question prescription and medicine services being added high expense.

Decent place to live

I think overall it is a decent place to live. My dad has some complaints, but I feel like he would complain no matter where he is. He doesn't like that there seems to be different caregivers on the weekends and not as much attention given to the residents. He's not impressed with the menu of planned meals. He thinks it is expensive for the care he is receiving. I like the activities that are provided. I like how welcoming all the people are that work there.

Overall a nice and good choice

Nice and clean, nice food menu, and good activities. I think the administrative staff could improve by reaching out to family (phone calls) on any changes of family member changes of health or needs.

Pros and cons

Staff is mostly friendly and facility is nice. When I was told " smooth transition to Medicaid" that turned out to be false. I would only recommend if you are in good health and a private payer.
