Overall recommended

What I appreciated most was -the tour and seeing the layout and how they do the laundry. I wish there had been more - food choices to try. Overall, I'd describe the experience as - staff is very friendly and cross trained in all areas. Over all pleased. Only downside is the food. Lacking different types, portions, and taste.

They do not have a registered nurse on staff, only LPNs. So whatever medical issue you may have, off to ER you go. Although there is a Dr that visits regularly, I already had a PCP in this area. They transport us to medical appointments and shopping areas. So it is a mixed bag. The staff appears to be overworked and are always kind and helpful to me. But I will not eat with their dishes! I wish my mom would have had more time there

My mom spent almost 2 months bedridden after contracting a highly contagious form of scabies. The antibiotics caused her to get c diff. She became weak and was no longer able to transfer on her own causing us to move her to long term care in another facility. I do think, had she not gone through that series of events and was able to leave her room, she would have thrived at Trinity Place. Recommended

My loved one is a resident at Trinity Place Assisted Living and most everything has been great for her. The food is her main complaint. As for the move in process, she is still waiting to have the racks in her closet adapted to her clothing needs. I believe there are two long racks, you can't hang dresses properly. When my loved one was hospitalized, I was notified immediately. I would recommend this facility to others.

I am currently a resident at Trinity Place Assisted Living and most everything has been great for me here, so far. The staff and friendliness are great. The cleanliness, care services and activities are also great. The food I would say is okay to good. I would recommend this facility to others.
