It's a great apartment. They have good food and good staff. I would absolutely recommend them to others who are searching for a community for themselves or a loved one.

[name removed], the,the residents manager was kind and accommodating. She took time to sho all the aspects of living at Truewood. She offered several options. She had calm demeanor throughout the time I visited Truewood at Fig Gardens. I would encourage people to call for “ tour”.you will be much pleased to have done so!!

Great facility!

My dad loves his room and the staff has been phenomenal he's not always exceptionally excited about the food but everything else has been fantastic. [name removed] [name removed] and [name removed] are great and easy to talk to and the kitchen staff always makes sure he is taken care of for alternates if he doesn't like the meal and [name removed] is great at the activities even if my dad doesn't always participate.

Extreme welcome very peaceful pllace and friendly people. Spent a lot of time with me making sure all my questions were answered.

Top-Notch Staff

The staff is wonderful admin, kitchen, reception. My dad needs a little help from time to time, and all of them are so helpful. Maintenance takes care of any matters in a timely manner. I don't really have any negative feedback. Not applicable responses are because dad doesn't participate in the activities and being in independent living, there's no care staff.

I am exploring Senior Living Options for my 94 year old mother who is currently in Independent living at another Senior Living in Fresno. I want to investigate what will be required if she should need to go to assisted Living arrangements. Truewood offers great dining experience for all 3 meals. Has 2 kitchen areas that can be used for cooking meals if a resident desires. Has a library, game area, movie room, plus worship area. Limited elevators. I only saw 1 but there may be more. Not all apartments have a balcon…
