I have a nice, big 2 bedroom apartment, with 2 bathrooms and lots of windows. It was repainted, got new flooring and new kitchen cabinets before I moved in. The bathroom fixtures are a bit dated, but clean and usable. Food is excellent, staff are kind and pleasant.

We were promised a credit on rent because of a referral from current resident. The resident or my father in-law did not get it. They promised a good friends make great neighbors a discount that you get after living for 3 months. We have been there 6 and no discount and they keep jumping through hoops

Everybody goes above and beyond to make it comfortable for me. Food is excellent. The aneurism of all staff is very professional to make residents feel at home. I like my apartment where I can see the beautiful gardens. I am very pleased that we can do the Sot & Be Fit excercise to stay in shape. The outings that I’ve gone have been great! I am looking forward to the upcoming auction activity

The servers, specially [name removed] always go above and beyond to help the residents. Even for tasks that are not typically assigned to them. I have been living here for over a year and a half. I feel pretty good and happy about the food here.

Positive[name removed] is kind, polite, accommodating and extremely knowledgeable. [name removed] is the chef. He is outstanding and came to meet us in-person. Friendly staff and residents. Overlooking the hills, location couldn't be more beautiful. Also, the open parking is plentiful.
