Trustwell Living at Eagle Pointe Place is a Senior Living Community located in Dubuque, Iowa. We are on the end of a residential street in the northwest corner of town just south of the Dubuque Soccer Complex. We are minutes away from Dubuque's beautiful parks, accessible fishing piers and the Mississippi Riverwalk. We offer our seniors time for socializing, numerous activities, delicious meals and the security of knowing that someone is always nearby if you need assistance. In case of emergency we are close to both Finley Hospital and Mercy Medical Center. Our community comes equipped with a beauty shop, activity rooms, therapy pool, fitness center, outdoor courtyards and friends around every corner. During the summer we take trips to the nearby Dubuque Arboretum and Botanical Gardens. Weekly trips for shopping, dining and casino visits are offered year round. When it's too cold and windy to go outside we make our own fun with happy hours, movie nights and live entertainment. Our restaurant style dining room offers three enticing meals daily and snacks or alternate meals are always an option. Invite your friends and family to dine with us, we serve favorite like chicken and dumplings in addition to healthier options such as salmon and asparagus with red peppers. Everything in our community is geared toward your safety and comfort. Emergency Call Pendants are available for all our residents for peace of mind. Apartments vary in size from studio all the way up to two bedrooms and you have the option of a full kitchen or a kitchenette with either a stove or microwave. We have overnight accommodations for your guest and on-site parking for both residents and guests.

Apartment was great! Food was not senior friendly. Took too long to respond to calls. A few staff were rude. My parents were not welcomed when they moved in. They were not acknowledged by staff when they left care.

This was my mother's 3rd stay at the facility. The place really went downhill and it was terrible. I would not recommend them to anyone. Nurse [name removed] needs a better attitude and some compassion. Elevator needs attention. Dirty and looks run down. Put a sign on the button that tells where the dining room is.
