★★★★★
PositiveThey were very amenable to her moving in--no questioning her memory issues or inability to walk. It was VERY expensive initially, but medical expenses dropped off considerably after a month or two. [name removed] seems very happy there. Loves the food and her independence.

PositiveRecommending this place to others is difficult to say. My sister liked living there because she could do things that were not healthy for her. Like drinking too much wine for one example. She had a fall (was it relating to the alcohol....,maybe). No I made a mistake about not putting her in a more intensive care situation. In January, [name removed] had double pneumonia, then she broke her ankle. She still requires intensive care. And I just didn't realize how much she is benefiting where she is at, at this time…

PositiveMakes my life easier and stress free. Good care, comfortable environment, meals provided make my life less stressful. Food is pretty good. Several choices for all meals. My rent was raised by approximately $[removed] a month first of this year. I'm going to have to move to a different facility that will accept Medicaid. My personal finances will be exhausted by Aug of this year. Even though Trustwell has applied for Medicaid it isn't available yet.

CriticalI can tell you that when we initially met with the team there I felt very welcomed and I felt like my dad would be in a safe place. However, once the papers were signed, and my dad was there I felt like what they represented and what they were going to offer was misled.

PositiveMy grandma lives here and really likes it. They have fun events she attends, they include family and the food is good. Staff are friendly and caring. Thank you Trustwell Living Evergreen Place!
★★★★★
PositiveMy parents are residents of Trustwell Living at Evergreen Place. I cannot say enough good things. The peace of mind knowing that someone is there to check on my parents each day, three meals a day and just the overall care the staff provide. Their activity director is always thinking of something fun for them to do, whether it be going to see Christmas ships, store outings, casino trips (mom's favorite) crafts or fun parties. I highly recommend Evergreen Place!
