CriticalRoom size is good, both studio and 1 bedroom. The facility is clean and many activities inside and outside. They have bingo, exercise, art...etc and outside activities like shopping, bike rides for seniors, going to restaurants for lunch. They clean the rooms and laundry has been kept clean and put away. The only reason for a 3 is the food is mediocre, too much fish and sandwiches for dinner. PositiveThe care team at Sinclair Place was wonderful with my mom. They're attentive, kind, and treat her like family, not just another resident. I have real peace of mind knowing she's well cared for. Highly recommend

PositiveToured Sinclair Place recently and walked away impressed. The renovation is beautiful, everything feels fresh, clean, and boutique rather than institutional. New management clearly cares, staff were warm and attentive the whole visit. It has a real home like feel. Highly recommend checking it out.

Staff levels are probably a bit on the low side. Some of the staff really care about the job they do, others not so much. Early on mom lost some laundry piece that was very dear to her. Laundry is marked very well. Administration is unable to find he…
