Great facility very clean organized and friendly staff. The home is beautiful, spacious and well lit. I would recommend this facility to friends and family as well as anyone wanting to place their loved one in a care facility.

Great care from caring people!

My wife was cared for at Tuparan Residential Care facility. We found the care for her advanced dementia problems to be handled in a courteous and loving environment . The staff were kind from the owner through all the rest of the staff. So much depends on family involvement in all these different levels of needed care. Tuparan. What we like the most about Tuparan Residential Care Facility is that It's small, so next best thing to one-to-one care. No improvement comments.

Horrible

Do not place your loved one here. The nurse is not compassionate, she is a liar and controlling. She will leave your loved one to suffer. She is cheap with everything. 112 degree weather and my loved one wasn't allowed to run the air in his room. She would turn the power off if we turned the water cooler on.. yes,, turned the power off!!!!!! My loved one never received a spongebath nor brushed their teeth. Who runs a place like that? Unprofessional. Owner in it for the money.

I toured this facility and did like it. It was dark and it was dirty. The owner was to meet us there but she said there was shedule. The gentleman that worked was not very knowledgeable about how the operation worked. I would not be comfortable leaving my mother there.

EXCELLENT CARE/ BEAUTIFUL PLACE

There are no words enough to express how thankful I am to find this place. The place is clean, tidy and beautiful. There is a Registered Nurse on staff. The love, caring and attention this place provides for my mother are excellent. The staff are compassionate and very attentive to my mom’s needs. This assisted living facility in Redlands is unbeatable. Thank you Tuparan Residential Care for all your love, caring and hard work in taking such great care of my dear mother.
