The best adult family home I’ve seen in the Federal Way area! The house is on a golf course, so the location is very nice, and the home is clean and kept up as well. The staff, led by the owner [name removed], are very friendly and attentive to the residents. A nice aspect of this facility is the outdoor space. My experience with Twin Lakes Adult Home has been wonderful. The staff has been great. They are very caring, attentive and respectful of their clients. My brother loves it there. The food is great and the home is always clean and beautiful. I really feel we chose the right home for my brother, because they are taking very good care of him. I'm very appreciative and thankful to the staff there.

PositiveOverall great facility
The main reason we chose Twin Lake Adult Family Home was because of the value for the money and the opportunity to lessen the buydown option. I would tell others just to make sure that you understand the visiting hours that they have in place. There is also a nurse fee - $400 every 90 days. We did not know about that and that is not a part of the normal fee. Nursing delegation costs/fees.
