Awesome experience

The overall experience has been awesome. The only issues that I have had is sometimes they are short staffed and it takes a very long time to get the meals after you order them. Also, I had an issue where my silverware was dirty and I did address it with [name removed] and I'm pretty sure he got it straight. I hope because I haven't had any more dirty silverware. It is great here, but not perfect. But neither is anywhere else. I really appreciate the positive staff that help each other out. And help the residents always. They always put the residents first. I'm very comfortable here. After all, it is what you make it

We enjoyed meeting the sales director as well as other staff & residents. It is a nice, clean, pleasant, inviting facility which meets all the needs of an older person wanting to live independently.

Nice facility and helpful staff. My mom has only been there a few months, but she like the staff, like the food and feels like she has community there.

Meets all my needs plus plenty of closet storage.

The staff is amazing. Very kind and helpful. Very impressed with storage space in apt. and size of bedroom. Also how much natural light I have with all the windows.
