★★★★★
CriticalThe med tech staff did not follow through with medical procedures when my mother fell and needed medical attention for a hip fracture. The response of the nurses were great and made sure my mother was transported to hospital. The med techs were not able to care for my mother upon discharge from hospital and her condition worsened. I have transferred my mother to a different facility due to the level of care she needs. My mother declined significantly.
★★★★★
Positive[name removed], the person that assisted us in getting into Valley Crest from the beginning is an absolute angel. She assisted us every step of the way. Unfortunately the delay due to Mom's fall caused us to lose the room at Valley Crest but we were able to get one at [community removed].
★★★★★
PositiveMom's room is always clean and neat, her bathroom is cleaned daily , the staff knows the people there and treats them well , we've made several surprise visits and always found everything in order. We have peace of mind knowing she's in good hands.
★★★★★
PositiveI would rate them a 5 overall. The staff has been helpful, and my mother is adjusting nicely. What stood out is it is a safe environment for her and she is exposed to social activities.
★★★★★
PositiveYou can take a patient to a hospital and get the symptoms diagnosed and remedied. Valley Crest listens to the patient and loves their residents, the results are amazing. The fact that your loved one is in a resident population and a staff that understands Alzheimer's and can redirect the frustrations. Thank you to [name removed], and her amazing staff, food service and housekeeping as a team the truly blessed my mother and myself. Keep up the good works
★★★★★
PositiveWe are very happy with Valley Crest so far. The facility is very clean and organized and the director [name removed] goes above and beyond to help with any issues that may arise.
