Review for Valley Pines Retirement Home

I grew a relationship with the staff, as well as my sister . I actually planned to visit occasionally because they became my friends. [name removed] personality was always fearful and shy. It was a perfect spot for her to be in a small community where she could feel loved. It was just like being home.

Review for Valley Pines Retirement Home

We have told others that Valley Pines was a great place for my Mom when she needed more care than we could provide. The people at Valley Pines were helpful and compassionate towards my Mom especially towards the end. They were passionate about what they were doing

I would give them a 5 for everything. This is a very high quality home with wonderful people that care about you. They not only care about the patient that the patient's family. They go out of their way to make it feel like home for everybody living there. I can't say enough wonderful things about this facility which is no longer called Valley Pines it is now called Reidt Care

Review for Valley Pines Retirement Home

I would tell anyone who is looking for a small home for their loved one to be well cared for to look at Valley Pines. The home is clean, staff is fantastic and they are really helpful in explaining what my Mom is going through now. We had no idea where she was in her disease but Laurie from Valley Pines did and she explained it to us. As such, we don't have to worry about my Mom as much now. We picked Valley Pines because of the setting, people and cost. It is clean and well maintained. They have helped us get my M

Review for Valley Pines Retirement Home

I would say: the staff is incredible. The house is cozy and comfortable. Just like being at home. I have no worries and can get on with my life knowing my sister is well taken care when I'm not there. We picked this community because it was so like home. My sister would be overwhelmed in a larger facility.

Peace of mind

It is a "home" they made it very much like your at home - they really treat you like you are apart of a family. Our loved one is on a feeding tube so it's hard to judge the meals, but from what we have observed it all seems fine. Based on our experience so far we would recommend Valley Pines Retirement Home to other families.
