PositiveThe tour was a good experience. I was able to get an up close look at the different apartments ith their different layouts. I even was invited to lunch and the meal was delicious. Also met the activites director who told me all about what they offer.

Paid for services we did not receive. Money was always an issue for the administration. There was a lack of communication. Medication was left unadministered. I had to refill meds and give them to her myself. The staff (besides administration) was great. The food seemed good although my mom did complain.

CriticalMoved my loved one after a few months
My father lived here for 5 months until we moved him to another nearby facility in the area. In a short time while he lived there he experienced a lack of medical care, increasingly poor food quality and evident staffing shortages and high turnover. He witnessed a woman partially not clothed, that fell down, couldn't move or speak in the hallway and was laying there for some time getting cold and distressed.
