About Verano Verano is a new community in Santa Clarita, California. Upon completion, this 95-home community plans to offer its own 55+ clubhouse exclusively for Verano residents. Located in the master-planned community of Aliento, homeowners in Verano will also have access to an all-ages clubhouse, The Terrace. Verano Amenities The amenities at Verano will begin at the 55+ clubhouse, The Club at Verano. There residents will have access to a fitness center for staying in shape, meeting rooms, and card tables for games of bridge with neighbors.
