PositiveFacility is kept clean, the staff is friendly, the care is compassionate, the food is good, activities are plenty, and apartment sizes are spacious.

CriticalIt wasn't the right place for him.... he needed more care. I do think they did not really represent themselves truly during initial days. I would never feel confident placing a loved in this facility in the future. Residents were allowed to wonder unsupervised. If a resident fell outside there is no staff nearby nor does anyone know they are outside.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff is very caring, the room size is good, and housekeeping is good. Most of the interior of the building has been repainted. Leadership stays onsite during storms and communicates well. They do regular room checks, and I have been physically present during both first and second shifts to see that firsthand.
★★★★★
PositiveThey are wonderful. Excellent care and excellent family support

CriticalI liked the friendly ness of the administrators but there really isn't a lot of activity to the program that is located in the basement....nor over site of the people wondering the corridors. Residents can go alone outside in the fenced and locked area. But no one checks on them. There was a resident lady who was sitting on the ground weeding. Although she got down to ground she couldn't get herself back up. I happened to see her while I was visiting my Husband and had to go get someone to help her up. [name remove…

PositiveIt's a pretty clean place. The staff is very good. The director and head RN are great. Activities director keeps everyone busy and is an absolutely amazing person. Dining is decent food. Dining room itself is nothing special though. There a lot of big personalities among the residents and the staff handles them pretty well. Visiting after 7-8 PM can be difficult, because staff at night is much less and if they are busy you have to wait. Overall experience has been very good.
