I have submitted 3 web forms to gather information for my loved one to inquire about moving to this community, no response. Whether a community is full or not, I'd at least expect some communication. After giving up on the web forms and placing a call I had a very disappointing experience. The woman's tone was anything but warm and friendly, and I got off the phone knowing these are the kind of staff members I would NOT want my loved one interacting with. Mom is receiving one on one attention at Victoria Villa. The staff are very attentive and they are always there to keep her from falling. She likes the food and they keep the community clean. This is a smaller community and the staff are very encouraging. They do not let the residents sit in their room all day they help get them out and socializing. I would recommend this community.
