The staff is excellent. Of particular superiority is the Health Care Coordinator. She is highly qualified, caring, and an overall incredible person. She is a tribute to the owners and administration of Victorian Manor. Activities at the Manor are excellent, except there are none offered on weekends. The Activities Coordinator is excellent, enthusiastic, and gifted. Furnishings at the Manor are quite worn and unclean. They could use updating. Our family had an in person tour and it was a good tour but we just did not get an overwhelming sense that this was the place for our loved one.
