About Viewpointe Viewpointe is an active adult community located within the pristine natural beauty of Asheville, North Carolina. Built in the late 1990s, this 55+ neighborhood includes 44 low-maintenance, attached homes and features a clubhouse that residents can use for neighborhood gatherings and private events. Viewpointe Homes & Real Estate Viewpointe consists of 44 attached homes built between approximately 1997 and 1999.
