The entire experience has been great, and the staff here are extremely nice and helpful. I have a one bedroom apartment with a den, a nice kitchen and laundry room plus storage room, area, and a small screened in patio. It is a perfect size for me. I think the prices, from everything I looked at, which were several places, is a great price, and the amenities are very nice. They have a beautiful pool and patio area, including a covered patio area with a huge bar where they have happy hour every week, they have a bea…

They are ok, but could be better. They were advertised as having a hair shop area and concierge, massage therapy. They closed those down during Covington and haven't started back. One renter had a daughter that was a haircut/ stylist but didn't want the job because she would have to pay out half of income for rent.

PositiveIdeal senior apartment living
When it comes to the food that is provided, it is only breakfast and Sunday Brunch. The activities are intentionally limited. The staff is especially kind and very involved with the residents. The quality of the food at Sunday brunch has really dropped over the last year to the point that it would be better to reduce it to every other week if the budget is such that they can't afford better catering.
