You can do better than this company. While we appreciated the care my mother received, when she passed away, the company was supposed to refund the fees they had already collected for that month. Their contract says they will do that "within 60 days". Despite confirming their obligation to do so and the amount of the refund, they did not send the funds as required under the contract. What was much worse, though, was that they wouldn't return (or even acknowledge) my e-mails or phone calls asking for a status update…
