Personalized care for Mom.

Very clean. Services offered to the residents. Caring staff. Very nice apartment living. Medical services from staff and contractors. Mom loved to sit outside under the porch in the large courtyard. Welcoming and safe for residents and visitors.

My brothers best move

Staff have recently changed. The facility is very open and a lot of natural light. It's a little pricey but we are currently reevaluating his level of care to see if he really needs everything that they are providing.

Village on the Park was a pleasant visit. All rooms were clean and appropriately decorated. Everyone we met were kind and friendly. I especially liked that there were many courtyards. The only thing that I was sad about was the price. It was a bit out of my price range.

good care, but can't deal with behaviors

When my loved one began having behaviors, admin gave us the wrong information on how to help him. They were adamant we had to provide 1 on 1 care or take him to a psych hospital to be treated. Unfortunately, because his dementia was advanced, he would be unable to sign himself in to a psych hospital. Admin did not know the rules that went in to admitting him to a psych hospital and we felt like we were backed in to a corner. Peace of mind

Just little issues... keep it from being several 5's My wife keeps telling me I expect perfection.. and no facility will be a 5 in my mind. We are very satisfied with VOP.. and I am super confident that [name removed]. is in a safe and healthy environment.. that's the best I can hope for and strive for my Mom.
