PositiveIt was the Social Worker who decided that my mother cannot stay there anymore due to the doctor stating she needs more care and he wanted us to leave and take her out within one day and I told her no that we were paid up to the end of the month you gave us 14 days and I will take every day, but besides that one person, everyone was very helpful very accommodating Very resourceful with my mother and I would stay there myself

CriticalThe community itself is clean, but we have had sometimes with the internal house keeping of our loved ones bedroom and bathroom, but that is currently being fixed. The staff members are friendly and the care services overall are good but we have had a couple of small issues here and there. The meals and dining service is good, but our biggest complaint would be with the activities. There is almost nothing going on and we have visited on multiple occasions. CriticalI'm concerned with medication distribution for my loved one. It is a nice community for my loved one. The staff is good to work with, sometimes there is a delayed response in the call button. My loved one seems to enjoy the food.
