About Vineyards Vineyards, located in beautiful Naples, is a 1,375-acre gated community that boasts two private 18-hole golf courses, an active tennis facility with 12 Har-Tru courts, an impressive 70,000 square-foot clubhouse, and homes that cover a wide spectrum of sizes, styles, and prices. This award-winning community is open to all ages, but offers amenities and homes that appeal to discerning active adults. Residents at the Vineyards can choose from one of four membership packages to meet their personal needs in order to enjoy the amenities. Vineyards Amenities Vineyards’ plentiful amenities are available at the 70,000 square-foot Vineyards Country Club. A membership is required to enjoy all of these amenities. The state-of-the-art fitness center features both cardiovascular and strength-training equipment, group classes, and personal trainers. Physical therapists and massage therapists are available as well. Residents can swim at the community’s resort-style pool or relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine while lounging on the spacious patio. There are also several satellite clubhouses and outdoor pools scattered throughout the neighborhoods within Vineyards. There are 12 Har-Tru tennis courts and a tennis pro shop. Six of the tennis courts are lighted for nighttime play. Vineyards has one of the most active tennis programs in the country. Men, women and juniors can take part in the private and group classes, clinics, and tournaments held throughout the year. With two beautifully maintained private 18-hole championship golf courses, Vineyards is an ideal community for golf enthusiasts. Designed by PGA professional Mark McCumber in a Scottish-links style, the North Course provides comfortable yet challenging play for a range of skill levels. The South Course, which is a former host of the Naples Senior Event, was designed by Bill Amick to meet the needs of both the serious amateur and professional golfer. An on-site golf pro shop and driving range are also available for members. Adjacent to Vineyards, the 32-acre Community Park provides residents with an abundance of natural open space for outdoor activities. The park contains a community center, which provides sporting equipment rentals, and contains a game room with ping-pong, billiards and foosball tables. Other outdoor facilities include two softball fields, four soccer fields, four tennis courts, two basketball courts, four racquetball courts, walking trails, picnic shelters, a pavilion, and playground. Vineyards Homes & Real Estate Vineyards’ homes include a wide variety of styles, sizes, and prices. Nearly every type of home is available within this spacious community. There are affordable mid-rise condos, and attached residences as coach homes. Single-family homes are available in various models, each with their own distinct style as well as upscale estate homes, which are custom designed. There are 40 individual neighborhoods found within the Vineyards. Each neighborhood offers a distinct housing style that means buyers can find many floor plans in a myriad of price ranges.
