★★★★★
Positive1) a solid 4. I don't know what a perfect 5 would look like, but, they have helped me as much as my mother to navigate the difficult transition to assisted living. The entire staff has been open and communication has been excellent. I feel that any concerns with my mother are communicated immediately and I am guided to a plan is appropriate for the situation. 2) 5...Cleanliness of the facility is excellent. 3) 5...The staff is very friendly and everyone there knows all the residents as well as, in my experience,…

PositiveVista Prado is a wonderful facility. After a long search through many inattentive and depressing homes, finding this family-owned gem was a relief. The staff is genuinely caring and attentive. They offer great daily activities and keep residents active in common areas rather than leaving them alone in rooms. It’s clear they prioritize people over profit. Highly recommended!
★★★★★
CriticalVista Prado was very basic. Kind care but the environment and building and energy was very sad and unwelcoming
★★★★★
PositiveWe would recommend vista Prado, but its probably more ideal for people that live close enough to assist with doctor appointments, etc. Just to mitigate some of the extra fees. But the staff there are excellent
★★★★★
PositiveLike any large caregiving community, care isn't 100% but close. The staff are very caring, treat the residents like family and Management treats their employees well updating care plans as needed. When I have a question or concern, management addresses the situation in a timely manner. I'm grateful for the VP Memory Care facility.
★★★★★
Positive5 all around. What we like the most about Vista Prado was the staff. The staff was very caring and communicative and yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far
