I would rate everything as a 5 with the exception of number 4- the quality of care. And I do have comments that go with that. I am a nurse so I see things others do not. [Name Removed] and [Name Removed] have been wonderful when I see something is not occurring and should be or something that could benefit the overall health of the residents. Review for Brookdale Roseville

I don't have much basis to score the facility. Tentatively I give them a 3. The food is lacking. And there is rampant theft of personal property between the residents. Blankets slippers and a plushie have gone missing. The staff doesn't consider that a problem. The amount of actual supervision is low. The residents largely remain seated in front of the TV.

Wonderful staff - would definitely recommend!

I am very happy with Brookdale Roseville. The staff are wonderful. The times I have been there you can tell they care about residents. I feel comfortable that my sister in law is in good hands. But i am not there 24-7. The room sizes are very big enough for 2 people.

great care and assistance of my mom's needs. The food get better all the time.

Very Nice Facility

Staff is a "3" only because there has been alot of turnover during the year, but it seems to have stabilized of late. I like how they keep me informed at appropriate times, unlike the previous facility that called me several times a week unnecessarily. Relatively affordable, smaller facility, attentive staff overall good care.

My Mom has lived here just over 1-1/2 yrs. The staff is knowledgeable, caring and helpful. This location is small and intimate which fits my Mom’s personality. She continues to receive exceptional care both personally and medically. My family and I are satisfied and comfortable with her surroundings and the care given her.
