The Care staff, Wait staff and administration make an effort to know your name. Day care staff are good but the night care staff are not so good. Most of the administration are friendly and more than willing to help with any issues except the Medical Director is self focused and not friendly. The food is mediocre at best. Mostly over cooked and served luke warm. There are a lot of activities but not too general in nature. It is very pricey but they had the only 2 bedroom unit available.

Pleasant, down to earth memory care

The facility is clean and the staff members are very attentive and easy to communicate with. Vitality seems to provide an upbeat, positive environment for it's residents. I feel like my mom is in good hands there.

There Dr's staff is pretty good too. There rooms are good and clean, there Dr got her on workouts. I like this place

Vitality Living a good place

Their is a lot of women. You need to have a good positive attitude to get along with others. Food is so so. They do take good care of you and treat people very nicely. They keep rooms and clean and maintain the property to high standards. I would recommend this place to people who need help taking care of themselves.

I believe your organization does a good overall job. However, I think there could be more support for those who are paying the monthly costs for residents. In some cases, family members shoulder the financial responsibility, which can be a significant hardship. It would be helpful if your organization provided information about assistance programs or resources available to support families in these situations.
