PositiveOur families experience
Viva of Albany has an attractive and inviting outside. The staff as you enter are friendly with a sense of warmth and welcome. The facility itself is beautifully maintained, and clean with inviting decorations. My husband is in the Memory Care Community. The Memory Care staff is friendly and compassionate in caring for him. The food is delicious and nutritious meals with snacks provided served in a pleasant dining area. The staff as has provided the family with information for help in obtaining additional services …

This is a place I would recommend you check out for your loved one. The staff are wonderful and friendly to work with. The staff communication has been great with the family. There are three meals a day served to the residents, and it is a dining room. If the resident doesn't like what is being served the staff are willing to accommodate a request made by the resident.

A neighbor of my Mothers found this location as I live out of state have been away from Albany for over 30 years. [name removed]and I communicated by phone and text for about a week. Upon moving my Mother in from the beginning the Staff, Nurses and others were Awesome.I highly recommend Phoenix of Albany.
