PositiveWe looked at five senior living places and chose Walnut Village. It was the only place that people looked up and greeted us as we walked through the facility. We were invited to stay overnight including dinner and breakfast. We were greeted and guided by one of the residents who freely answered our questions and walked us around and through the entire Village. It made our choice clear!

CriticalThis property is a buy in or month to month. The buy in is lower in monthly fee costs, but the down payment is pretty high. The month to month is much more costly. Overall the facility was clean and maintained. Hardly noticed any staff other than some residents’ socializing in a large living area with a piano. We always check with CDSS online to make sure that everything was fine. Their website noted that there have been 10 visits from licensing since 2018 which I think it’s pretty high.
