CriticalMy parents are at Waltonwood. The number one complaint I have heard heard over the last two years is how bad the food and food service are. The chef and wait staff are awesome. The problem seems to be the administration and corporate in that there is always an excuse, they don’t seem to care, and do nothing to make it up to residents that are paying top dollar for this food.
