CriticalMy parents are at Waltonwood. The number one complaint I have heard heard over the last two years is how bad the food and food service are. The chef and wait staff are awesome. The problem seems to be the administration and corporate in that there is always an excuse, they don’t seem to care, and do nothing to make it up to residents that are paying top dollar for this food. PositiveI came here because my husband died unexpectedly. We had discussed making the move together. I am happy to be here among a group of friendly people. Every staff member I have spoken to has been nice and helpful. I enjoy the food, eating with the friends I’ve made, and the waitstaff is friendly too. I am also starting to take advantage of the numerous activities available. Overall, I am happy; this was the right move.
