My father never did move in to Washington Oaks. They were very friendly and helping me get his apartment set up and also helping to evaluate him as his health deteriorated before he could move in. They were also very helpful in the exit process and did not overcharge me.

Our 2 bedroom two bath is very usable and lovely. It has great staff and they are very helpful. Our room is in the original school building and very quiet. We love a reserved parking space. The only disadvantage is they are currently in the process of a remodel. This will be temporary. The dining room is lovely and the food is consistently excellent. Everyone wears a name tag which is wonderful for making everyone feel welcome. The activities are varied, interesting and enjoyable..

Washington Oakes is great! The staff is wonderful, always helpful and very pleasant. Food is good, with a nice variety of options. All of the staff are extremely helpful and responsive to resident needs or requests. Meal servers are consistently pleasant. Menus are varied with several choices.. I have no complaints. Value for money is hard to rate, due to my lack of experience with senior living. You get what you pay for.
