I would say food/dining good...staff, 95+% very good.... room/apartment are acceptable, but very little storage & no storage or counter space for everyday objects in the bathroom. Family should observe until comfortable that all is being done that was requested.

Warm, homey environment with lots of natural light. Caring staff. Lots of activities. The only area for improvement is the food service and quality of food. This staff has turned over several times. Just hasn't quite gotten traction for a steady meal service staff. The quality of the food is such that I am not willing to eat it.

Id say 5 for all except the value of the place. I don't understand how over [fee removed] a month isn't robbing these people blind. Yes I would recommend this community to other families. Even since my uncle has been there they have improved staff and activities.

Make sure you sit down with the nurse & say exactly what you want done & how the "patient" responds to caregiver--work towards engaging your person with caregiver so they communicate & understand each other.

Our loved one did not participate much in the activities and we gave the value for cost a 4 only because I think most everything is overpriced, but it also was brand new. my Mom was there for 2 weeks and ended up have mini strokes and passed a way 2 weeks later. But for the 2 weeks she was there, she was the happiest we had seen her in quite a while. Over all we really liked the place and I recommend it to often to people who are on the fence of where to go and what to do. Mom really liked the staff there and was e…
