About the community
Wenatchee Memory Care welcomes seniors to a pet-friendly memory care facility located in Wenatchee, Washington. Not only will seniors receive quality care in a stimulating environment, but they will reside within a mile of the local hospital. Residents at Wenatchee Memory Care receive individualized care while residing on a campus specifically designed for adults with memory loss. The community has color coded walls to help residents find their way easily. Not to mention, all residents receive round-the-clock supervision — tailored to their specific care needs — provided by licensed nursing staff. In addition to quality care, the community values offering a safe living environment, which is why emergency call systems are in place throughout the facility. Safety features — like an ADA-accessible shower — are also included in every apartment. These bathrooms offer plenty of privacy, whether residents choose a semi-private or private living space. While living at Wenatchee Memory Care, residents live in a stimulating environment. Featured within the community is an indoor area designed to look like a real town square. Underneath the fake blue sky, there are many lifelike amenities like the movie theater and 50s-themed diner. However, when residents are not indoors, they can enjoy beautiful mountain views underneath the real blue sky in the enclosed courtyard. Experience a stimulating lifestyle in the comfortable care of Wenatchee Memory Care. PositiveIt was so nice to get all the information in one place. Setting up tours for us too. My mother in law is now at CIEL and we absolutely love it, she loves it too! So clean, large rooms, so many activities everyday. Every one we have meet is so helpful and kind. We can't thank you enough for helping us find our mom (mil) a safe, happy, loving place she calls home now.

★★★★★
PositiveI would say that they are super caring, compassionate and really know how to take care of dementia patients! They refer to Ciel as their home and treat them like family. They decorate and have all kinds of fun activities for the patients to do. They are always kind to the visitors when we go visit our loved ones and keep us in touch with pictures birthdays, events, meals etc.!
★★★★★
PositiveWhat I like the most about this community is how patient the staff members are with the residents here. They generally seem to enjoy their work as well. The people there have made it a good experience - they are so caring and patient. Also the facility is large and airy.
★★★★★
PositiveWe love this community the people there genuinely care about the residents and our family. They know who we are without having to explain to them who we are or who we belong to. The communication is amazing, they call back either that same day or the next day never longer. Our loved one is so much happier here. He is getting better food options, and the community is much cleaner
