I would recommend. Increased worker turnover. Being short handed then causes other issues. But all the workers are very nice.

Our families experience

We were told certain things from the director that later was found not to be forthcoming. Huge turnover rate in the caregiver staff. Everyone that left voiced it was because of the facility director. When my mother-n-law was ask to leave because she was unable to be in compliance, we were only given a 2 day notice to find another facility. Nothing had changed with my mother-n-law in the past 9 months, but was declared noncompliance. She was declining and we politely asked for an extra month. It was denied. We had …

They could improve on the medications. Keeping up with them, giving them everything When you speak with them they are all very nice and pleasant. They just need more help

Wonderful Place!

5 stars for all categories. When we were looking, the thing that stuck out the most about Wesley House of Lindale was the rooms, they are great! The porches that they have are wonderful. The staff have all been extremely friendly and engaging as well. I would definitely recommend Wesley House of Lindale to other families looking for their loved ones.

Staffing issues. Family advocacy required.

From the onset, there were staffing issues. Our biggest complaint was medication-related. His medications were not administered on schedule, which created other issues. They administered medications we were not aware had been prescribed by their on-staff nurse practitioner. I had to step in multiple times to refuse some medications. I believe they have taken steps to correct some of their staffing issues and are on the right track to getting better. But our experience was not good.

This community was fine and would have worked out for my loved one. I did not have any complaints at all but there was just a different community that gave me that right vibe that I was looking for.
