PositiveOur families experience
Everyone is very nice and it's very clean. The studio apartment is large and great. My only problem is the assisted level was changed after my brother moved in. We did the eval and the Dr filled out the forms and we were told he was level 1, no changes were made and all of a sudden were being told he's level 2, which is $[removed] more per month. It feels like they get you in and then request more money, like a bait and switch scenario. We've spent so much to move and for the community fee so my brother is stuck.

PositiveBeautiful place to live, highly recommend
The staff and administrators are friendly and accommodating. They have regular meetings with residents for suggestions on how to manage the facility better. The facility itself is clean and well kept. The grounds are beautifully maintained. I've made friends from the very first day. I love the balcony views and the fact that the building houses independent tenants as well as residents that need assistance. The apartments are reasonably priced which is a big plus for me.

PositiveAlthough the place is very nice. I am looking for a smaller community environment. This is not a place I can see my mom in, it's very large with many stories. It is very nice though.
