The friendliness, attentiveness and GENUINE care from the staff as well as how well built and beautiful they keep the building and facilities. Would definitely recommend to others. Their head of patient can sat with my dad while he was dying, knowing I wouldn't arrive in time to be with him. They learned how to use BiPAP for him and tried really hard to keep him on his BiPAP regimen, which was keeping him alive until he didn't want it any longer. Very Impressed

My sister and I were very impressed with the environment at Westmont when we toured for our mother. There was a table of four residents in the dining area that were having a great time together, we were having a great time together, we were greeted with their laughter, there was a full house at Bingo and we were introduced to tenured staff, 6, 7 and 9 year veterans of the building, that speak volumes.

If you have a loved one who needs full time placement in memory care, my heart goes out to you! We were in your shoes making the VERY heartbreaking decision that mom could no longer stay in her own home. We agonized over how to do it and then where to place her.
