My mother has lived here for 6 yrs. 12Oaks purchased this property some months ago and management seems to have stabilized somewhat and the food quality was better for awhile. Apparently cooks come and go more often that caregivers, which is pretty often. There are, however, a core of good and caring prople working the floor who make all the difference.
