★★★★★
PositiveIt was small but very nice and comfortable looking. I am concerned about the high ratio of military retiring there - they are not often so comfortable with retired academics, in my experience, although I wouldn’t expect that to be a huge problem. The location is excellent.
★★★★★
PositiveThey have a warm caring staff who treat every resident with dignity and respect. The food is outstanding. The physical surroundings are nice with lots of windows and a beautiful outdoor sitting area. They have taken extremely good care of my husband. Your organization was even more of a lifeline by guiding me through the entire extremely stressful process of finding a place. Every place I went to visit was exceptional. Your organization is truly a gift.

CriticalThey lied about some of the service that my sweetheart was getting. They said they would have someone in at night in the room and they didn't. He fell 5 times in two weeks so they weren't watching him very good or not at all. Probably he complained about the food.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff is kind and responsive. Things that stuck out to me are the hominess and renovation of mom's room.

PositiveI went and visited a friend at Where the Heart Is in Burlington, and what a transformation. I met the staff and was finally impressed. I was there about 6 or 7 months ago and from then to now, it is so much better now. The ED, Head Nurse and care givers are so much more on top of things and friendly. Nice smiles. Genuine heart for everyone. I don't exactly know what happened but whatever it was, was a good thing.
