My husband was in the memory care section. There was a lot of turnover of the staff and a lot of cell phone use by the staff within MC. There were little to no activities provided to engage the residents. The food was not the same as the assisted living side even though they claim it was. It was mostly carbs, very few vegetables. It took multiple conversations to get them to stop hung my husband who is diabetic, sugary drinks. When I would arrive to visit in the evening the aids would announce while In the common a…

We were actually in the process of pulling Dad out when he passed. My daughter was going to resign her position to stay home to take care of him. My Mother was going to use part of the $[removed] a month to pay her & another caretaker to help with Dad. At the time we had paid in advance and were willing to lose the fees if needed, that's how dissatisfied we were with our choice. I do believe that had he not been in the memory care unit we may have had a better experience. I would not recommend them to anyone I know…

Overall experience - The people we worked with made the transition very easy. Cleanliness - I never saw anything that seemed unclean, in the general facility or in my dad's room. Quality of care - My dad said all of the nurses that he saw were friendly and great at their jobs. Meals/Dining - I only ate two meals there with him but both were quite good.
