PositiveThe only low comment I have was that the administrative staff was VERY hard to touch base with. Either no one was available or in a meeting, or office open but no one in it. The food staff, the cleaning staff, and the care staff were great.

CriticalI was content with things the beginning of my Mothers stay. BUT it continued to go down hill with everything! Before she passed she was on hospice care. My mother had fallen, No one from Willow brook called me. Hospice notified me a day later. On her last days, they had only one person taking care of all the patients!! And to make matters worse she couldn't give out any pain medication, because she was not licensed to do that. I do not live close, but I went up to visit several times a week and was there every day …

PositiveThe quality of care has improved overall and the cleanliness of the building, the building no longer smells like urine. Staff are always welcoming and friendly with the residents although it is health care and some may struggle to find great staffing due to just not hiring anyone. I have a family member there and I would put another one when the time comes.

PositivePeople that work there are positive and seem to be committed to their job. Like all facilities, they have posts for volunteers and jobs. Trying to reach the place by phone is difficult and could be improved. That is why I requested personal #'s of administrators. I am 3 hours away and need to reach certain people by phone or email.

PositiveMy sister and I were satisfied at the beginning of my Mothers stay there. At the end we were very disappointed! I was there they didn't have anyone there to give medication. They need quality care for their residence. They had assured me they could take care of my Mom under hospice care. It was certainly not what I expected. No one checked on her for over 6 hours even after I called several times. I day there was only one girl for the while place!
