PositiveWindermere is a wonderful facility. Everyone was so nice from the cleaning ladies to the staff members. They each said hello as I walked by. The Director, [name removed] was absolutely fabulous!! She asked what I was looking for and she showed me everything she had that met my criteria. She gave me a tour of the entire facility and showed me all of the activities and special outings that Mom would be privy to. I looked at several other facilities before and after Windermere, but none of them impressed me as much…

-Staff has been really friendly. -Can't speak to activities because dad won't do any. -He complains about the food, I've never tried it. -public areas are clean and attractive. -rooms are small (not sure how they compare to other facilities), though bathroom space and closet space seem generous.
