CriticalNon existent care
We placed our brother with Alzheimer's here. After 2 days at Windermere, his arms were covered with bruises. We were given 4 versions of what happened to him. None of them were plausible. We had marked his diapers and found out that he had not been changed in the first 24 hours he was there. He was not monitored at all and ended up in the hospital severely dehydrated to the point it caused muscle damage.
