PositiveWindsong is a Fantastic place! Where we were previously was not trained or equipped for severe Alzheimer's. My wife took 3 trips to the Emergency Room and admitted. They heavily medicated her , which was the cause. Windsong had her medication changed and she is doing wonderful at Windsong! They are Alzheimer's Experts and a place of love and structure. Windsong took my wife in an almost death like condition! Now you would never know my wife was that sick. No drugs beside Dr prescription! She holds conversations …

CriticalThe facility itself is very nice. I feel that the staff is under qualified to be working with what they call memory care facility. Since my father has been there he has had more falls than his whole time being in his home. The administrative staff is never available to speak with unless you go there in person and demand to speak with them. The size of rooms are sufficient and nice. Overall for being a memory care facility they are lacking in knowledge I feel.

Warm, responsive, and genuinely invested when I raised a concern, she didn’t just listen, she acted. That kind of reassurance means everything when you’re trusting someone with the person you love most. The staff are incredible, and…

PositiveRN and the director, , are fantastic to work with and have been more than cooperative with caring for my father who is a brittle diabetic. Although he doesn't have dementia, he moved into Windsong when my mom had to move to a locked memory care home. The maintenance man, is extremely friendly and will do anything needed as soon as possible. He is also very engaged with the residents and they are often cheered up by his fun personality. The med techs are reliable and excellent at calling family whenever there's a co…

PositiveCommunication is big factor in making sure your person is well taken care of. I did not have any major problems with Windsong, all the caregivers and staff were wonderful. Just remember that no matter what facility you pick none of them are going to be perfect. I would recommend Windsong
