Positive

Winter Village left me with such a good feeling from the moment I walked in the door. I then returned with my mom a few days later so she could tour and together we decided that this is the perfect place for her to live. I truly believe she will thrive in this environment and so look forward to seeing and hearing about all of her adventures. The staff and tenants were so kind and friendly.

Beyond Expectations

It would be a 5 across the board. They go out of their way to get to know each resident to help enrich their experience there. I've tried the food and it is very well prepared and it is correctly portioned to be balanced for the entire day. The apartments are spacious. There is more than enough room for 2 people in a single bedroom. The 2 bedroom offer a little more comfortable space and both bedrooms have their own bathrooms. Winter Village has a very positive atmosphere and truly feels more like a community than a traditional convalescent home. The building is very clean and well kept, and the food is above average. The staff are always smiling, kind, and approachable — we never had a bad moment there. My family member stayed for about three months, and during that time his health improved so much that he was able to return home with his doctor’s approval.
