About Woodside Plantation Woodside is an active lifestyle community located in Aiken, South Carolina. The tree-lined streets in this gated community offer residents a welcoming atmosphere and plenty of activities and amenities to enjoy. The six distinct neighborhoods here are surrounded by a nature preserve with rolling hills and water views. Woodside Amenities The Reserve Club at Woodside is the social hub inside the community, where residents can gather for meals, clubs, or just to relax while overlooking the golf course. For meals, residents can gather at Dining at The Reserve Club inside or Verandah at The Reserve Club outside. L’Attitudes Bistro offers an intimate, upscale dining option while The Reserve Sports Lounge is where residents can enjoy a drink and watch the game. Outside, residents will be able to enjoy the resort-style pool, USTA-certified tennis and pickleball facility, and miles of walking trails. There are also memberships available at The Reserve Club for extra benefits and access. A big part of The Reserve Club's big appeal is golf as the community overlooks multiple award-winning courses. The Reserve Course, designed by Hall of Fame golfer Jack Nicklaus, is noted by Golf Digest as one of the “Top Ten Best New Private Courses in 2003” and is consistently ranked as one of the best golf courses in South Carolina. Also found here is the Hollow Creek Course, which was designed by Masters and U.S. Open champion Fuzzy Zoeller and architect Clyde Johnston. Golfers also enjoy joining a golf league, getting in some swings at the practice facility or the driving range, and perusing the golf shop. Embracing the surrounding nature is a big part of life at Woodside. Hollow Creek Nature Preserve surrounds the entire community. This 110-acre natural woodland and wetland area is protected and provides a great opportunity for walking, fishing and wildlife observation. Keep an eye out for the bluebird, wood duck, screech owl, and kestrel nest boxes found throughout the community, installed and monitored by the South Carolina Bluebird Society. Aside from the preserve, residents will also be able to enjoy multiple landscaped parks and green spaces found throughout the community as well as a community garden. There are five lakes available for fishing, canoeing, and other water-related activities as well. Equestrian aficionados will love that the Hollow Creek Equestrian Stables boarding facility, complete with access to riding trails, is located across from Woodsides Hollow Creek Gates. The Village at Woodside is a neighborhoods just outside the Woodside gates which features several shops and restaurants. Along with a state-of-the-art fitness center, residents will also find a full health and wellness campus complete with offices for physicians and medical professionals. There are also several restaurants and a salon and spa. The Village Pavilion acts as the central gathering space that hosts the Aiken County Fall Farmers Market and special events such as Fourth Friday. Woodside Homes & Real Estate Woodside Development began construction on Woodside in 1986 and plans to build 2,500 single-family homes in total. Buyers have six neighborhoods to choose from, each with their own distinct set of floor plans and home features. In total, buyers can select from four home model collections with a total of 15 floor plans. The Pine Glen Collection features three models that can include either one level or two levels depending on the homebuyer's needs. These homes range from 1,766 to 2,797 square feet with two or three bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and attached two-car garages. Design features include cedar and brick accents, spacious lanais, and master suites with walk-in closets. The four homes in The Meadows Collection range from 1,958 to 2,216 sq
