Overall nice place

The building and décor are beautiful and create a welcoming environment. However, my husband is in memory care, and while there is an activity schedule posted each day, the activities are often not carried out as listed. I would appreciate seeing more consistency between the posted schedule and the actual activities provided to residents.

Our Experience at Worthington Manor

Overall the staff is great but the house keeping and the pushers have a good turnover rate which makes them in a learning curve. Some residents take up a lot of time also causing delays in pushing other residents. Example residents are getting showers during peak eating times so residents who need pushing are delayed being pushed. It is a beautiful place and well kept and very safe. My wife and I had been enjoying a very happy and comfortable life style when she suddenly developed a medical condition that required us to seek a facility that could provide her with the necessary physical and medical assistance for everyday living. Best care facility in Texas

That might sound like an exaggeration, but it’s not. As a 35 year medical malpractice trial lawyer and mediator, I have come across literally hundreds of these facilities. Worthington Manor and its staff are several cuts above anything I have seen. I placed my mother in the facility a few days ago having done all of the research and toured the facility. Just an incredible place with an incredible staff. Any family member that I have that needs these services will be placed in this facility.

Excellent care for my mother

My mom had the very best caregivers and friendships at Worthington that any family could ask for. She lived at another senior living but this one was truly home and we were very blessed for the time she spent here.
